Returns and Refunds

To activate the return send an email with the order number to the following address: poemsroma.store@gmail.com
For return you have 14 days, from the date of purchase to return the package to us, after this date we will not accept the return.

Items should be as shipped, clean, with labels and tags.
Once we receive the shipment we will proceed to examine the items and issue the refund.
